GammaLens LLC (“GammaLens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website gammalens.io and the GammaLens dashboard (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and password (stored in hashed form).
- Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe retains this information in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Communications: If you contact us via email or support channels, we collect the content of your messages, your email address, and any attachments you provide.
- Newsletter subscription: If you subscribe to The Greek Sheet, we collect your email address.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, tickers searched, tools accessed, and the time and duration of your sessions.
- Device information: We collect device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and language preferences.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect information about your brokerage accounts, trading positions, portfolio holdings, or financial status. GammaLens does not connect to your brokerage and has no access to your trading activity.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process your subscription and manage your account.
- Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, password resets, subscription changes).
- Send you The Greek Sheet newsletter and educational content (only if you subscribe; you may unsubscribe at any time).
- Improve the Service, develop new features, and analyze usage patterns.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Comply with legal obligations.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Usage data and analytics may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
